High-Purity Gas Supply Systems for Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology (SIAT)
Laboratories worldwide face critical challenges: maintaining gas purity, preventing contamination, and avoiding costly downtime.
In this case study, discover how we engineered a zero-interruption 5N-6N gas supply system with remote monitoring – a proven solution now scalable for your facility.
Client Background:
The client for this project is a research institute located in Shenzhen, China. The system involves gases and liquids such as nitrogen (N₂), argon (Ar), oxygen (O₂), compressed air, vacuum, and cooling water, with low flow rates. The goal is to provide precise and stable gas sources for experiments, ensuring strict compliance with laboratory requirements.
Client Requirements:
1.Centralized Gas Cylinder Supply: Gas cylinders and equipment are situated on different floors. A centralized gas supply system is required to transport gases efficiently to the devices.
2.Stable and Adjustable Pressure Control: Post-regulation, the system must maintain continuous stability with pressure adjustable within a precise range.
3.Uninterrupted High-Purity Supply:
Gas purity: 5N-6N (99.999%–99.9999%).
Pipeline material: 316L stainless steel (ensuring corrosion resistance and ultra-clean surfaces).
Solutions Provided:
1.Custom Gas Control Equipment:
Developed bespoke gas control devices to stabilize and precisely regulate gas pressure, meeting the client’s operational specifications.
2.Two-Stage Pressure Regulation System:
Deployed primary and secondary pressure regulation panels to achieve fine-tuned pressure adjustments and consistent output.
3.Safe and Compliant Pipeline Installation:
Designed pipeline layouts based on the building’s infrastructure, cleanroom construction, and facility needs.
Ensured secure delivery of gases to designated equipment within the cleanroom, adhering to safety and process standards.
